Herbal Consultations

Sliding Scale: $45 - $65 plus the price of herbs

The Chinese pharmacopeia offers an extensive library of powerful herbs, that when tailored specifically towards your current state, the season, and your constitution, can match your needs like a glove and support your body to heal in surprising ways. I use tongue and pulse diagnosis as well as an in-depth consultation to understand your current needs and support you to attain your health goals. This can be done by phone, telemedicine or, in-person. I recommend trying at least 4 weeks of herbs and meeting once per week to check your symptoms and update the formula if needed. I prefer to prescribe raw formulas that you boil as a tea at home as they are stronger and more effective. If it is more effective for you I may prescribe powdered teas or pills as well. With all of the herbs, I seek out the highest quality as well as organic, pesticide free and domestically grown, whenever available.

Acupuncture

Initial Appointment: $85 - $135 (90 minutes)

Follow-up Appointment: $55 - $105 (60 minutes)

Acupuncture is an ancient technique for transforming the movement of energy and fluids in the body to create the optimal state of health. This form of medicine is over 4,000 years old and has been used in China continuously to the present, to help with almost any condition. When the energy of the body is flowing harmoniously, many of the overlaying symptoms someone experiences will dissipate or disappear, this includes but is not limited to pain, emotional discomfort, insomnia, fatigue, menstrual irregularities, and many of today’s chronic conditions. Acupuncture therapy includes several modalities that used together or separately can powerfully shift your body towards balance and health. This timeless technology can help realign your body using acupuncture, Gun Sha, cupping, Moxibustion, and Tui Na massage. I specialize women’s health including prenatal and postnatal care, pediatric care, pain management, digestive ailments, and sleep issues.

Depth Hypnosis

Included with Acupuncture: $100 - $150
One session $55-$105 (In person or over zoom)

Depth Hypnosis is a powerful tool to unlock your deeper capacity for healing. This is a wonderful tool to untangle and stop addictions and destructive habits. However, it also has the capacity to go beyond that to get to the root of old patterns from childhood or other times that may be suppressing your growth. You will connect with an inner guide that can support you to resolve many blocks and issues. By approaching the self in a hypnotic state, one can approach the heart of an issue without the interference of the critical mind. This can be done as an integrated part of an acupuncture session, independently, or even via Telehealth. It is best done in a series of ideally 3 or more sessions.

Flower and Gem Essences

Flower essences are light but powerful energetic medicine.* They work at the Qi level and thus seem subtle but support you to rearrange energetic patterning that is no longer serving you. I sit with the plant or stone and to learn more about what their medicine is before I make an essence. Because essences are a snapshot of a moment in time, they are often aligned with a particular time in the moon or sun calendar. They can also be supportive whenever you want to take them, or externally, such as added to your bathwater. I also recommend sitting with the effect for a few moments directly after taking them.
